Brunch buffets at the Ehrenburg
In our jubilee year in 2011 we added a brunch to our programme of events. Our Ehrenburg Morning Repast serves visitors specialities from the castle buffet on certain Sundays of the year.
Between 11 am and 3 pm you can enjoy various hot and cold delicacies, such as oven-fresh bread and rolls, cured meats and ham, quark and cheese, cereals, fruit and fresh waffles, soup from the terrine, sausages from the grill, various meat dishes with fresh vegetables and salads plus fresh filter coffee: as much as you can eat for €29,50 per person or €27.50 per head for groups of six and more. Filter coffee and a glass of quality sparkling wine are included in the price.
